I’m Brian Wray, the founder of Norfolk Safety Solutions, established in 2022 with a clear mission: to help businesses create safer, healthier work environments through practical, down-to-earth safety support.

With over a decade of experience in occupational health and safety, I bring both hands-on insight and professional certification to every project. I’m proud to be a Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) and a former National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), credentials that reflect my commitment to high standards and continual learning in the field.

Before launching Norfolk Safety Solutions, I worked across various industries—particularly in construction and industrial settings—where I saw firsthand the challenges companies face when it comes to compliance, training, and fostering a strong safety culture. I started this business to provide straightforward, reliable guidance that helps organizations not only meet regulatory requirements but protect their greatest asset: their people.
