With over a decade of experience in occupational health and safety, I bring a hands-on, results-driven approach to workplace safety management. As a Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) and former National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), I am dedicated to providing reliable safety guidance based on industry best practices, legislative requirements, and real-world experience.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working within construction, industrial, and workplace environments, developing a strong understanding of the challenges organizations face when managing safety responsibilities, meeting compliance requirements, and creating effective prevention programs.
